In our Daily Cooking one must used a variety of Indian Origin Edible oils.
Alternately use a different oil every month, Or mix the oils in the following Proportion.
- Groundnut oil- ( 3- Litre )
- Kardai oil- ( 1- Litre )
- Sesame oil- ( 1- Litre )
- Coconut oil- ( 200 ML )
- FlaxSeed oil- ( 200 ML )
Thus by using a Mix Variety of oils can assist for a Complete Balanced Diet.
Note:- Oil & Ghee Should always be Stored in Steel Containers.
