  • Yam
  • Yogurt
  • Rock salt
  • Sugar
  • Green chili paste
  • Black pepper powder
  • Coriander

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and chop the yam into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped yam, yogurt, rock salt, sugar, green chili paste,black pepper powder, and chopped coriander.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well until thoroughly combined.
  4. Refrigerate the raita for at least 1 hour to enhance the flavours and chill.
  5. Serve the chilled yam raita and relish its refreshing taste.
