Paneer Coconut Curry

INGREDIENTS

• 250g paneer (half cut, half crushed)

• 2 tsp Shree Ramkrishna Mill's Coconut Oil

• 2 cloves garlic

• 1 tsp ginger paste

• 2 medium tomatoes

• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

• 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder

• 1/2 tbsp coriander powder

• Salt to taste

• 3/4 cup coconut milk

• 1/2 cup green peas

• 1/4 cup water

• 2 cardamom

• 1 tbsp coriander stalks

• Coriander for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat coconut oil in a saucepan,
  2. add cardamom and sauté for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic, ginger paste, and coriander stalks with 1 tsp of water. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  3.  Add tomatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4.  Add paneer, coconut milk, green peas, and water. Adjust salt.
  5.  Mix well, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
  6.  Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with roti and rice.Paneer Coconut Curry
