Eggless Atta Jaggery Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • Atta (Whole Wheat Flour)
  • Yogurt
  • Milk
  • 1 Cup Shree Ramkrishna Mill's Jaggery Powder
  • Cinnamon Powder
  • Cardamom Powder
  • Walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray an 8x4 inch loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Sift jaggery powder, then sift atta, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together.
  4. In a mixer, combine oil, whisked yogurt, jaggery powder, and vanilla.Mix well.
  5. Add half the flour mixture, mix, then add milk and remaining flour.Mix well.
  6. Fold in chopped walnuts.
  7. Transfer batter to the pan.
  8. Bake 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
