Healthy Coconut Cookie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup atta
  • 1/2 cup sweet almond oil or ghee
  • 1 cup powdered jaggery/sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1. In a bowl, whisk sugar and ghee/almond oil until it turns creamy.
  2. Sieve and sift atta, baking soda, baking powder & salt into the bowl.
  3. Add coconut flour and mix everything well.
  4. Using a spatula, bring everything together to make a dough
  5. Take ball sized dough and press to flatter it to make a round shape
  6. Arrange on a lined baking tray & refrigerate for 30 minutes
  7. Pre-heat the oven at 170° c for 10 minutes
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
  9. Let them cool on a wire rack and.....Serve with Love.
